Role:
Senior Manager, HCP Marketing for CAH at Neurocrine Biosciences, focusing on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to engage healthcare professionals in endocrinology and rare diseases.
Responsibilities:
- lead brand strategy, craft disease education and promotional materials, enable sales, and manage brand presence at conferences; oversee omnichannel digital campaigns, develop content, and optimize digital engagement; coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Research) to ensure aligned messaging and execution; monitor market trends and performance metrics to refine strategies.
- BS/BA in marketing or life sciences with 8+ years of pharma marketing experience, preferably in endocrinology or rare diseases; 3+ years in HCP marketing; strong project management, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in digital tools (Veeva, SharePoint, Adobe Workfront).
- MBA, PhD, or PharmD; experience managing agency relationships, digital campaigns, and working in fast-paced environments.
