Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a bright, ambitious and creative Marketing Associate to join our fast-growing startup.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to take ownership, learn quickly and gain exposure across multiple areas of marketing. You’ll work closely with the wider team to help build our brand, tell our story and support the company’s growth.

• Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Creating and coordinating content across social media, email and other channels
• Helping manage the company’s brand and online presence
• Supporting events, partnerships and other marketing initiatives
• Working with internal teams to turn ideas into engaging content
• Tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve
• Keeping up with marketing trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table

We’re less interested in a perfect CV and more interested in someone smart, creative and proactive
.

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, communications, content or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative eye and an interest in building great brands
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• A proactive "I’ll figure it out" /b> attitude
• An interest in social media, content and digital marketing
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A genuine interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment

Startup experience is a plus, but not essential
. We’re looking for someone curious, energetic and keen to take ownership.

This isn't a role where you'll be confined to one area of marketing. You'll get hands-on experience across different channels, work closely with the wider business and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact as the company grows
