Go-to-Market Product Specialist

• Support successful launches of new features by facilitating alignment across teams and sharing information to foster internal readiness
• Develop clear, customer-centric messaging for new product features and launches
• Coordinate and draft stakeholder communications
• Manage the go-to-market feature portfolio by coordinating launch plans and tracking deadlines
• Represent the team in industry engagements, including speeches, presentations, and panels
• Organize and lead webinars and training sessions, including customer follow-up
• Develop and update learning resources such as guides, tutorials, FAQs, and web content
• Research customer personas and the competitive landscape to inform messaging strategies
• Identify, implement, and scale operational process improvements within the business development team
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to shape launch strategies, create engagement content, and coordinate complex projects

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, product support, business development, operations, or project coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to move projects forward independently and on time
• Hands-on and execution oriented
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to figure things out
• Ability to contribute fresh ideas and drive meaningful outcomes
• Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative environments
• Developing business acumen with strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the payment landscape a plus
• Reside within a reasonable commuting distance defined by the employing Reserve Bank
• Work full-time onsite
• All applicants must have resided in the United States for at least three years
• Subject to FBI fingerprint/criminal background and Patriot Act/OFAC watch list checks
• Employment contingent upon successfully passing a two-phase security screening, including physical examination, drug screening, reference checks, credit and criminal history checks, and additional risk-based screening
