ABOUT THE POSITIONPacific World Corporation (PWC) is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic Ecommerce Manager to oversee and elevate our digital shelf presence across our growing portfolio of leading beauty and personal care brands (including Nails.INC, Trim, Holler & Glow, and Dippity Do). This role drives end-to-end content execution, manages key retailer platforms (Amazon 1P/3P, , , and Shopify DTC), and partners with external agencies to optimize retail media budgets and performance marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Platform Operations:
Manage daily operations and growth strategy of brand storefronts across major retail platforms, with an emphasis on DTC US, , , and - DTC Site Management:
Manage and operate the brand's DTC storefront (Shopify), including site operations, content updates, merchandising, and promotions. - Product Launches:
Coordinate digital readiness for new product launches, seasonal collections, and innovations. - Listing Health:
Monitor listing health, buy box ownership, and pricing parity; identify and resolve unauthorized 3P seller issues or listing suppress ions. - Inventory Alignment:
Work with Demand Planning and Operations to monitor stock health, flag out-of-stock risks, and adjust promotional strategy according to shipping windows.
- Content Syndication:
Oversee product content syndication using Salsify (PIM) to ensure accurate, optimized, and compliant listings. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Regulatory teams to gather assets, organize creative briefs, and align on messaging priorities. - SEO & Conversion:
Lead SEO optimization efforts including product titles, bullet points, backend search terms, A+ content, and brand store updates to maximize conversion. - Digital Shelf Monitoring:
Use analytics tools (e.g., Pacvue) to audit listing quality, track share of voice, and evaluate competitive search rankings.
- Agency Management:
Partner with external digital advertising agencies to guide, review, and optimize Search and DSP (Demand Side Platform) campaigns. - Budget Tracking:
Manage retail media budgets and analyze key digital shelf metrics (CPC, ROAS, ACoS, and TACoS) to ensure performance and ROI. - Event Planning:
Coordinate advertising coverage, promotional timelines, and media spend for retail events (e.g., Prime Day, Big Spring Sale, Back to School, and Holiday Beauty Hauls).
- Strategic Partnerships:
Collaborate with the Ecommerce team on sales reporting, promotional planning, and strategic growth initiatives. - Process Tracking:
Maintain and streamline team project trackers, meeting agendas, action items, and content calendars to ensure execution deadlines are met. - Workflow Optimization:
Establish and refine scalable ecommerce workflows, compliance templates, and file structures. - Team Development:
