Senior Marketing Manager – Project Management

• Lead cross-functional forums delivering customer-centric, multi-channel marketing strategies
• Maximize customer growth, retention and engagement
• Identify and communicate key performance indicators tied to process optimization and improved speed-to-market
• Use agile methodology to manage marketing programs supporting product goals
• Adapt ways of working and processes to address prioritization, resource and operational challenges
• Drive adoption of Workfront across the team to manage and progress marketing projects
• Ensure the agile operating model supports alternative marketing channels such as trade shows and banker initiatives
• Include necessary internal partners in appropriate forums to ensure marketing programs comply with laws, regulations and bank policies

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 10 or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
• Advanced knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp's products and services
• Demonstrated experience serving as a liaison between cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to market
• Strong project management experience, including the ability to lead recurring team meetings, planning discussions, project reviews and follow-up conversations
• Proven ability to manage intake, prioritization and backlog maintenance processes
• Ability to develop and maintain planning materials, calendars, milestone communications and feedback loops
• Experience using Workfront or a similar work management tool
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and assignments completed on time and on budget
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
• MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies

Demonstrates expertise in leading cross-functional marketing strategies, utilizing agile methodologies to optimize processes and enhance customer engagement. Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
