  • Lead the strategic direction, brand development, and commercial success of the hereditary cancer testing and germline portfolio
  • Oversee the commercial lifecycle of hereditary screening tools
  • Develop and execute a commercial roadmap for hereditary cancer and rare disease testing
  • Own market-facing narratives around VUS resolution and family-member testing programs
  • Drive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead physician marketing, patient-advocacy engagement, and digital clinician portal development
  • Partner with Sales and Learning & Development on sales enablement and training materials
  • Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Laboratory Operations to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Rally multiple departments behind a unified marketing vision and translate growth strategy into commercial success
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required
  • MBA, MS in Genetic Counseling, or PhD preferred
  • 10+ years of direct marketing experience in healthcare or life sciences
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on oncology, advanced diagnostics, or germline genetics
  • Deep understanding of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows, cancer genomics, and hereditary cancer testing
  • Practical familiarity with digital tools and modern AI-driven workflows
  • Ability to develop commercial roadmaps, product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Knowledge of FDA, CLIA, and CAP regulatory requirements
  • Experience with physician marketing, patient-advocacy engagement, and digital clinician portals
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Medical Affairs, Laboratory Operations, Sales, and Learning & Development
