The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for the Arch Key Solutions Enterprise. This role serves as an experienced marketing generalist responsible for leading complex marketing projects, developing high-impact content, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support business development and sales objectives. The Senior Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Sales, Preconstruction, and Operations to translate market insights and customer needs into compelling messaging, campaigns, and marketing materials.

This position combines strong project ownership, creative storytelling, digital marketing expertise, and a data-driven mindset to advance marketing initiatives and improve measurable outcomes, while maintaining brand integrity and alignment with all Company policies, procedures, values, key objectives and regulations.

• Leads execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, web, email, social media, and marketing automation platforms to support business development and growth objectives.

• Contributes to marketing strategy development by providing insights from campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Identifies opportunities to improve marketing processes, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
