Senior Associate, Channel Marketing

• Support the development and implementation of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business and firmwide growth objectives
• Assist in executing marketing plans and campaigns supporting key client segments and distribution priorities
• Support audience targeting and segmentation using insights and analytics to improve personalization, engagement, and marketing effectiveness
• Contribute to integrated marketing programs driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across the client lifecycle
• Collaborate with sales teams, client-facing partners, and internal stakeholders on marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with Digital, Events, Content, Creative, Analytics, and other teams to deliver cohesive client experiences
• Support campaign and program measurement and identify optimization opportunities
• Refine campaigns and programs based on performance data, client feedback, and market insights
• Implement innovative tools, technologies, and ways of working
• Manage multiple projects, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines
• Support sales teams by ensuring access to relevant marketing resources
• Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements in partnership with Compliance

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management, financial services, or related marketing roles
• Familiarity with intermediary, institutional, and/or advisor client segments
• Experience supporting and executing integrated marketing programs across digital, content, events, paid media, and sales enablement channels
• Experience collaborating with sales teams, business partners, and/or internal stakeholders
• Experience leveraging data, marketing technology, automation, and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
• Interest in applying innovative tools, including AI, to improve campaign performance, scalability, and ways of working
• Understanding of client engagement strategies and investment decision-making processes
• Knowledge of investment products desirable
• Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, campaign execution, project management, and performance measurement
• Familiarity with marketing and project management platforms such as Smartsheet and Seismic
• Agile marketing experience desirable

Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels, leveraging data and analytics to enhance client engagement and campaign performance. Proficient in project management and collaboration with sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
