Brand Designer

• Drive strategic concepting for growth campaigns and shape creative briefs
• Partner with the Growth team to co-develop campaign strategy, propose test hypotheses, and pitch creative concepts
• Own growth creative end-to-end across paid social and display ads, campaign assets, and lifecycle email
• Build variant sets, test hypotheses, and iterate on winning concepts using performance data
• Transform product launches and go-to-market campaigns into static and animated ad creative across channels
• Build and maintain scalable ad and email templates for fast, on-brand asset production
• Partner with Brand to maintain visual consistency as the brand system evolves
• Collaborate with motion and web designers to create cohesive campaigns from ad impression through landing page
• Advocate for effective performance creative while protecting brand quality
• Report into the Brand/Creative Studio team and work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, motion design, and web design

• Strong portfolio of growth and brand design work, including paid ads, social campaigns, lifecycle email, and campaign systems
• Proven strategic concepting ability, including campaigns where the candidate originated the idea
• Excellent visual design skills with a clear sense of brand, typography, layout, and composition
• Hands-on experience designing performance creative at a consumer or prosumer tech company
• Experience working directly with growth or performance marketing teams
• Fluency reading creative performance data, including CTR, conversion, and hook rates
• Ability to work fast, manage high-volume deliverables across channels, and iterate quickly without reducing quality
• Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to build repeatable systems, templates, variant frameworks, and asset kits
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Motion design skills, animated ads, short-form social video, or After Effects fluency (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Meta, Google, Tik Tok, X, and You Tube ad platform specifications (nice to have)
• Experience using AI-assisted design and image-generation workflows (nice to have)
• Copywriting instincts (nice to have)

Demonstrates expertise in strategic concepting and creative design for growth campaigns, with a strong focus on performance metrics and brand consistency. Proficient in building scalable templates and iterating on creative assets across various digital channels.
