- Lead merchandising and editorial strategy for Canada, Latin America, the United Kingdom, and Australia
- Translate performance data and audience insights into curation and merchandising decisions
- Own homepage programming, themed content containers, and tentpole campaigns
- Lead medium- and long-term planning cycles for international editorial priorities
- Coordinate with Programming, Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Create and manage category-based, data-backed curations
- Identify regional content needs and opportunities from avails lists to support acquisition strategy
- Manage content projects, experiments, merchandising tests, and technology initiatives
- Track timelines, align resources, and ensure on-time editorial delivery across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in content merchandising, editorial, or related entertainment roles
- Fluency in English required
- Demonstrated ability to derive insights from data and apply them to content strategy
- Comfortable navigating CMS tools and large-scale content systems
- Strong command of Excel and presentation tools such as Google Slides
- Deep knowledge of regional media and cultural trends across Tubi's international markets
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
- Airtable experience is a plus
- Additional languages are a plus
- Passion for TV and film with broad taste across genres and decades

Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing content delivery timelines while understanding regional media trends.
