THE ROLEThrive Market is on a mission to make healthy, affordable food accessible to every American. As we enter our next phase of growth, acquisition marketing is a major focus, with paid social, particularly Meta, playing a critical role in driving new member growth.
We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid social acquisition strategy. This role will lead performance across Meta and additional social and test channels, with responsibility for setting channel strategy, driving experimentation, and translating insights into sustained growth. The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager will have meaningful ownership over budget, creative testing, and performance outcomes, and will directly influence Thrive’s member growth trajectory.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Own paid social acquisition strategy and performance, with Meta as the primary channel
- Set channel-level strategy, testing priorities, and optimization approach to drive efficient, scalable growth
- Manage and scale multi-million-dollar paid social budgets while ensuring performance against core acquisition KPIs
- Lead ongoing experimentation across audiences, creative, formats, and bidding strategies
- Establish and maintain structured creative testing frameworks that translate into repeatable performance gains
- Deeply analyze performance and creative data to identify drivers, risks, and growth opportunities
- Synthesize insights into clear recommendations and actions across media buying and creative development
- Partner closely with analytics, creative, and tech teams to improve measurement, efficiency, and execution
- Monitor platform changes, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, applying relevant insights to strategy
- Clearly communicate performance, learnings, and next steps to cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with deep expertise in paid social
- Extensive hands‑on experience managing Meta campaigns at scale; experience with Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Google is a plus
- Proven track record of managing and scaling multi-million-dollar performance marketing budgets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience leading structured creative testing programs and influencing creative direction
- Experience in subscription and/or e-commerce businesses; health, grocery, or wellness experience is a plus
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate performance drivers, trade-offs, and recommendations
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast‑paced environment
- Curious, pragmatic, and motivated to continuously improve performance through testing and iteration
