Help Grow and Manage Womack's Marketing and Online Presence

Harrisonburg, LA | Full-Time | Salary Based on Experience

Full-Time in Office Position based out of Harrisonburg, La

Womack & Sons Construction Group, LLC is looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Manager to help grow and manage our company's marketing and online presence. This position will work closely with company leadership and our construction teams to showcase our projects, people, and company culture while helping strengthen the Womack & Sons brand in the communities we serve.

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
• Create engaging content featuring our projects, employees, and company.
• Coordinate photography and content from construction jobsites.
• Maintain the company's website and online presence.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Track marketing and social media performance.
• Help promote company events, community involvement, and accomplishments.
• Work with leadership to develop new marketing ideas and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Marketing, social media, communications, or related experience preferred.
• Creative and comfortable creating social media content.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Photography, graphic design, Canva, video, or website experience is a plus.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Occasional attendance at company events or special marketing activities may be required outside of normal business hours.

We are looking for someone who can learn our business, recognize a good story or photo when they see one, and help us tell the Womack & Sons story.
