The Marketing Associate supports the development and execution of Anew Solutions' marketing, social media, communications, and brand initiatives. This position assists with creating content, maintaining social media channels, producing photo and video content, supporting digital marketing efforts, coordinating marketing materials, and helping promote Anew Solutions' services and brand.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. This position is well suited for an individual looking to build marketing experience while contributing ideas and taking ownership of day-to-day marketing activities.

• Assist with managing Company social media accounts, including Linked In and other applicable platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content that supports the Company's brand and business objectives.
• Maintain a social media and content calendar to ensure consistent communication.
• Assist with creating written, visual, and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, recruiting initiatives, and Company communications.
• Capture and edit photos and video of Company events, employees, vehicles, and operations for use across marketing and social channels.
• Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content, including filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Monitor social media activity and engagement and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure social media content and communications maintain a professional and consistent Company voice.

• Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Create and update marketing materials, presentations, flyers, brochures, graphics, and other promotional content.
• Help maintain consistent Company branding across marketing materials and communication channels.
• Assist with website content updates and help ensure information remains accurate and current.
• Coordinate ordering and inventory of promotional materials, branded merchandise, signage, and other marketing items.
• Assist with customer-facing and internal marketing initiatives as needed.
• Support employer branding and recruiting marketing efforts in coordination with Human Resources.
• Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and brand standards.

• Assist with email marketing campaigns and other digital communications.
• Support website and digital content updates.
