Digital Media, Website and Communications Coordinator

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Digital Media, Website and Communications Coordinator leads the development and execution of strategic digital communications that support the organization’s mission, goals, and engagement objectives. The Digital Media, Website and Communications Coordinator manages multi-channel communications initiatives, including website content, social media, and digital marketing efforts, ensuring members and stakeholders receive timely, relevant, and engaging information.

Working closely with WACAC leadership, the Coordinator oversees digital content strategy, brand communications, and technology-driven outreach to enhance member engagement and promote the organization’s programs, initiatives, and resources. The Digital Media, Website and Communications Coordinator utilizes analytical skills and emerging digital technologies to evaluate communication effectiveness, conduct technical research, and support data-informed decision-making while ensuring communications are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with WACAC’s brand and objectives.
