You would own the whole growth loop: SEO and content across the localised site, the app-store listings for the mobile apps, the blog, and the advertising revenue that funds it. Small team, direct line to the founder, decisions made in days.

• Own organic search: keyword strategy, on-page work across 24 categories and 38 locales, hreflang hygiene, and the technical SEO backlog with the engineer.
• Run the blog as an acquisition channel — editorial calendar, briefs for AI-assisted drafts, and the review that keeps them worth reading.
• Grow the iOS and Android apps: store listing optimisation, review management, and the campaigns that turn a free quiz player into a multiplayer host.
• Own ad revenue: monitor RPM and viewability across templates, and work with the engineer on placements that earn without hurting the play experience.
• Report weekly on traffic, engagement and revenue from GA4, Ahrefs and Post Hog, and say what changed and why.
• Build the email channel from nothing — there is a signed-in user base and no newsletter.

• Four or more years in growth or performance marketing for a consumer web or app product, with organic search as your strongest channel.
• Demonstrable SEO results on a multi-language or multi-country site.
• Comfortable in GA4 and Ahrefs (or equivalent), and able to write your own queries when the dashboard does not answer the question.
• Enough technical fluency to write a precise ticket for an engineer and check the result.
• Excellent written English; you will write copy that ships.

• App Store / Play Store optimisation experience.
• Experience selling or managing direct sponsor ships or native advertising.
• A second language.
