Role
Senior Director, Marketing, responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies for rezpegaldesleukin (REZPEG), a first-in-class Treg therapy for atopic dermatitis and alopecia areata.
Responsibilities- build brand fundamentals—including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign plans
- lead alopecia areata launch strategy
- translate clinical evidence into credible commercial narratives
- design pre-launch market research
- monitor competitive landscape
- collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Regulatory teams
- manage agency/vendor relationships and marketing budget
- contribute to launch readiness and executive presentations
- BA/BS required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- minimum 10 years in biopharma commercial roles, with at least 5 in brand/product marketing
- experience in pre-launch and launch phases, particularly in immunology, dermatology, or immune-mediated diseases
- strong scientific fluency and market research expertise
- knowledge of U.S. promotional regulations
- proven leadership in building brand strategies from foundational insights
- experience in atopic dermatitis or alopecia areata, launching first-in-class treatments, small- or mid-cap biotech experience, global marketing, and people management
- immunology/dermatology therapeutics, pre-approval environment, commercialization planning, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with scientific engagement and regulatory compliance
hybrid or remote with up to 25% travel for congresses and meetings.
