Pay Rate: $27.00 with Bachelor's Degree; $30.00/hour with Master's Degree
Essential Job FunctionsThis one-year-only part‑time position will report to the Project Director of PAHC (Parkway's Alliance for Healthy Communities). The Youth Coordinator will be responsible for: increasing community/ youth partnerships and collaborations; developing and implementing recruitment plans specific to the goals of the Drug-Free Communities Grant; ensuring regular social media posts and project‑specific posts; ongoing stakeholder networking, recruitment, and retention; networking with AHC high school promoters and TVC student teams in youth‑involved social norms projects;
assisting AHC's Safe Celebrations activity planning and implementation; assisting with Protect Your Game activities; assisting with Lit Loot activities; preparing AHC monthly membership meetings and other community events as needed. Some evening and weekend hours will be required.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, social work, public health, education, or related field;
Master's degree preferred - 2+ years’ experience in community organizing and stakeholder recruitment

- Event planning experience
May be required to travel to some national and state trainings.
