Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corp (JFCAC) is seeking a Development Coordinator with strong grant writing experience to lead our funding strategy. This role is responsible for researching, writing, and managing grants that support critical community programs.

• Research and identify grant opportunities (public and private)
• Write and submit high-quality, competitive grant proposals
• Collaborate with program staff to develop narratives and budgets
• Track deadlines, reporting requirements, and compliance
• Maintain grant records and reporting systems
• Build relationships with funders

• Represent JFCAC at community events and meetings
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders and funders
• Support outreach and program visibility

• Provide direction for marketing and messaging
• Supervise Marketing & Communications Specialist
• Ensure consistent branding and storytelling

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of grant writing experience
• Proven success securing funding
• Strong writing and organizational skills

• Nonprofit experience
• Communications or marketing background
• Supervisory experience
