Program Coordinator - Housing Navigator

OUR EXCITING OPPORTUNITY Community Action Partnership has an exciting opportunity for Program Coordinator-Housing Navigator In this role, the Program Coordinator-Housing Navigator (Case Manager) will assist with the development and implementation of program procedures and ensure that requirements are aligned to build sustainable support in impacting the lives of hundreds of residents; playing a critical part in the work and dedication of Community Action Partnership of Orange County’s initiatives.

The Housing Navigator will provide housing navigation, sustainability, and day habilitation services to ensure that all delivered services meet the needs of the members under the Housing Navigation program.
