OUR EXCITING OPPORTUNITY Community Action Partnership has an exciting opportunity for Program Coordinator-Housing Navigator In this role, the Program Coordinator-Housing Navigator (Case Manager) will assist with the development and implementation of program procedures and ensure that requirements are aligned to build sustainable support in impacting the lives of hundreds of residents; playing a critical part in the work and dedication of Community Action Partnership of Orange County’s initiatives.

We are passionate about advocating for those living in poverty and creating equity throughout the region WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH IN THIS ROLEThe primary duties of the Housing Navigator are to provide case management services to the most vulnerable populations, including individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The Housing Navigator will provide housing navigation, sustainability, and day habilitation services to ensure that all delivered services meet the needs of the members under the Housing Navigation program.
The rate for this position is $25.00 - $27.00.Preferred:
