Develop and execute a comprehensive annual fundraising and donor stewardship plan focused on retention, re-engagement, and growth;
Manage a portfolio of 100–150 current, prospective, and lapsed donors;
Confidently solicit and close gifts ranging from $500 to $24,999;
Plan major-donor fundraising events and donor engagement activities;
Track donor activity and stewardship in the donor database and report to leadership
