Join Our Team:
Philanthropic Programs Coordinator
Filoli is seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Philanthropic Programs Coordinator to help steward and expand our vibrant community of supporters. You’ll serve as the heart of operations for our Filoli Circle and Guild programs, crafting exceptional donor experiences and keeping our back-of-house systems running seamlessly.

Position Type:
Full-time, Non-Exempt, Hourly, Benefit Eligible
Schedule:
Full-time flexibility needed for occasional evening and weekend events
Hourly Range: $36.00 to $39.00 per hour (Depending upon candidate experience)
Reports to:
Annual Giving Manager
- Program & Operations Coordination (40%):
Manage day-to-day administration for the Filoli Circle and Guild programs, including member onboarding, renewals, benefit fulfillment, communications calendars, and feedback gathering. - Donor Concierge Service (25%):
Serve as a responsive, friendly point of contact for donor inquiries, tour requests, and ticketing. Coordinate custom behind-the-scenes touchpoints and ensure accurate donor recognition. - Events & Engagement (20%):
Oversee member event logistics from start to finish—managing RSVPs, registration, nametags, briefings, run-of-show materials, and post-event follow-up. - Data, Records & Reporting (15%):
Partner with Membership and Operations to maintain accurate CRM records, track engagement KPIs, process gifts, and generate insights for program growth.
- Background:2+ years of experience in development, donor services, membership, events, or nonprofit administration (Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combined experience).
- Technical Aptitude:
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with donor databases, ticketing systems, or CRMs (Blackbaud Altru experience is a big plus). - Communication &
Collaboration:
Exceptional written and verbal communication, high emotional intelligence, and a knack for cross-departmental teamwork. - Core Values:

- Schedule:
Full-time flexibility needed for occasional evening and weekend events. - Mobility & Licensing:
Valid Driver’s License required. Must be comfortable sitting for extended computer work, walking across uneven outdoor terrain during events, and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
