Senior Care Outreach & Partnerships Lead
Abri Care is seeking a Community Outreach Specialist to drive referral growth across western St. Louis and surrounding Missouri communities. You will represent Abri Care in the field, educate families on in-home care services, and build partnerships with hospitals, social workers, AAAs, VA centers, and senior programs.
This hands-on, field-based role focuses on expanding access to personal home care and growing Abri Care’s presence through community outreach, events, and local engagement.
