Home Health Nurse

Type of Work:

· Supervise and document professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process for patients by the MO nurse practice act, physician orders, and established policies and procedures

· Work with families to educate them on the best care for the patient

· Provide patient care in the home

Requirements:

· Willing to travel 200-250 miles a week within a defined territory

· Mileage Reimbursement
