• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and plan of care
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families
• Assure that appropriate nursing care is provided
• Assist with medications and treatments
• Perform other patient care duties as assigned

• Must have Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Must be caring, compassionate, have a positive attitude, and be a team player
