Work under the medical direction of experienced anesthesiologists, fostering both independent practice and continued learning. What You'll Do:
Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop anesthesia plans in collaboration with the surgical team. Administer various anesthetic medications and monitor patients throughout surgery to ensure their safety and comfort. Respond to intraoperative emergencies and manage potential complications. Provide post-operative care and pain management as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Who You Are:
National certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Active license to practice in good standing (no specific license requirement stated). Strong clinical skills and experience in administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Proficient in EPIC electronic medical record system. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
