Overview of Unit/Department

Surgical 900 W South is a 25 bed adult med/surg unit. We care for a variety of patients with our specialty focused on GI and GU post-surgical patients. We offer special training for suprapubic catheter insertion, post-bariatric surgery training and much more. Additional Information About the Position for Qualified Candidates

• $20,000.00 Sign-On Bonus

• 120 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off

• Up to $4,000.000 Relocation bonus

Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
▪ Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Experience:

Previous nursing experience
