About the Position

Rancho Rehab and Healthcare is a skilled nursing community that strives to provide clinical excellence and compassionate care to our residents. We are looking for an RN‑Registered Nurse or LPN‑Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team and help maintain high‑level resident care.

• Current license as an RN‑Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
• Current license as an LPN‑Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Missouri

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data.
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to a registered nurse or overseeing physician.
