We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead our Oncology Infusion team. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about oncology care, patient experience, staff development, and operational excellence.
OverviewMissouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Responsible for the operational and clinical management of a designated patient care unit(s) on a 24 hour basis. Oversees a span of control and financial responsibility of > 40 FTEs supervised + > $1.5 million in total expenses OR > 24 FTEs supervised + > $3.5 million in total expenses.
