Job Summary

Full-time CRNA (1099) in Lafayette, LA. Pay: $276,000. Additional shifts available at nearby EAM facilities. Reasonable call schedule: 1:7 rotation with guaranteed post‑call day off. Scope includes Pediatrics, OB, ENT, General, Radiology, GI/Urology, Orthopedics. No cardiac, neuro, or transplant cases.

Employment status: 1099 contractor. Staffing grid: 6 CRNAs + 1 in‑house MD, plus 8 total CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists for 24‑hour coverage. New grads welcome. Mentor & onboarding support available.

• Current CRNA certification from NBCRNA.
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Louisiana.
• No minimum experience; new grads encouraged.
• Proficiency in Peds, OB, ENT, general, radiology, GI/Urology, orthopedics preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (PALS required for pediatric settings).
