Certified Medication Technician- Day Shift

Stone Bridge Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician and under the direction of nursing leadership;
Note and report errors in the administration of medications;
Assist in developing procedures to reduce medication errors and determine when/where/why they occur;
Complete necessary forms, charts, and reports and submit as required;
Document drug receipt error with a signed report by a witness;
Measure, record, and report residents' vital signs;
Notify Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor of any medication errors or reactions;
Follow medication card practices and record orders in the resident's clinical record (type, route, dosage, frequency, strength)
