Location: Chesterfield
Collaborative Care Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Hybrid position located in St. Louis, MO. 20 hours onsite at Mercy Clinic Adult Psychiatry - Town and Country and 20 hours remote.
Responsibilities- Provide consults virtually to patients and support the Collaborative Care program.
- Conduct phone discussions with primary care providers to review medication plans or next steps in care.
- Collaborate with case managers to offer advice and brief interventions for behavioral health needs.
- Participate in outpatient clinic activities and follow standard protocols.
- Previous Advanced Practitioner experience prescribing and managing medications.
- Residency in the St. Louis area is required.
- Hours:
Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. - Full-time position.
- No weekends or on‑call requirement.
- Outpatient clinic environment.
