Pediatric Private Duty Nurse - RN/LPN

Aurora, Lawrence County. Full-Time/Part-Time Overnight & Weekend Shifts Available.

• No pediatric or home care experience? You’re welcome here.
• We provide:
  Hands‑on training, Shadowing with experienced PDN nurses, Ongoing 24/7 clinical support.

• Provide skilled, one‑on‑one nursing care in the patient’s home.
• Care for pediatric & young adult clients (infant to mid‑20s).
• Manage complex medical needs, including:
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilator support
  • G‑tubes / feeding tubes
  • Medication administration
• Monitor patient condition and respond confidently to changes.
• Educate and support families with compassion.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to follow individualized care plan.

• Active Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient‑focused.
• Pediatric or home care experience is a plus, but not required. We hire for heart and train for skill.
