We are currently seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding practice in an outpatient and inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a background in cardiology and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients in the outpatient setting including follow‑ups and new consult.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' cardiovascular health.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of cardiologists.
- Supervise diagnostic procedures such as stress tests.
- Provide patient education on cardiovascular disease prevention, management, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Current NP or PA license in the state of California.
- Preferred experience:
cardiology, internal medicine and/or critical care. - Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient‑centered care.
- ACLS required.
- Minimum one year of post‑grad cardiology experience.
