• Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene and mobility
• Provide personalized, hands‑on care in accordance with care plans
• Promote resident interaction and emotional well‑being
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized living environments
• Deliver meal trays and monitor food and fluid intake
• Support the clinical team in day‑to‑day care and documentation

• Active CNA certification in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• COVID‑19 vaccination or willingness to receive
