The Lumiere of Chesterfield is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents. This full‑time role is available on 2nd shift hours.

Provide personal care and assistance to residents with daily needs, including hygiene, grooming, and feeding. Prepare residents for activities and social programs. Assist with routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. Perform basic nursing care and procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.

• Active, in‑good‑standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as a CNA in a long‑term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring, energetic, and flexible personality.
• Professional appearance and behavior; excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Passion for working with seniors.
