What Will You Do in This Role?As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
You are also responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during your assigned shift; this includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

- Active, in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Prior experience as an RN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Professional image in appearance and behavior
