Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for various shifts. The role offers daily pay and requires full‑time (7am‑3pm) or part‑time (11pm‑7am) coverage, including per diem and weekend shifts.

• Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care
• Conduct resident/patient treatments
• Administer medication per physician orders and plan of care
• Submit pharmacy orders
• Accurately document and record all information
• Give injections as prescribed
• Observe resident health and communicate condition to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Provide basic care such as wound cleaning and bandaging
• Manage IVs and start IV drips
• Monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Observe and report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns
• Assist as directed in the admissions process
