• Shift: Nights, 7pm-7am, rotating weekends and holidays
• Sign-on bonus available: $10,000 for new grads, up to $20,000 for experienced nurses

Mercy Hospital Logan County is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Guthrie, Oklahoma providing care to Observation, Inpatient and Swing patients. Our unit patient/nurse ratio is 5:1. Nursing staff work closely with the therapy department to provide coordinated, excellent care to facilitate the highest level of return to pre-hospitalization lifestyle.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Licensure:
  Person must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or relevant compact license and meet all state board of nursing requirements
• Physical requirements:
  
  Must push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly; prolonged standing and walking; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support); BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion within 30 days of hire; other unit-specific certifications as required or to be obtained within the department’s required timeframe
