Location: Maryland Heights, MO
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Stone Bridge Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caregiving team in St. Louis, MO. As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to residents, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.

Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans and established procedures.
- Support residents with lifting, turning, positioning, transferring, and transportation.
- Coordinate dining services, including meal setup, delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation.
- Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake as required.
- Assist with resident weighing procedures and report significant changes.
- Monitor and report skin condition concerns, including pressure areas and skin tears.
- Assist with toileting programs and personal hygiene care.
- Complete required documentation and flow sheets accurately and timely.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff and supervisors.
- Provide supportive services to nurses and healthcare staff as needed.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and caring environment for residents.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing, OR completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program with competency exam completed within 120 days of employment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Ability to perform physical caregiving duties, including lifting, repositioning, and transferring residents.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
