Position – Care Partner

Position Type: Part‑Time

Location: Battlefield, MO

Starting Wage: $17 per hour

Shift Schedule

Week 1:
Monday, Saturday, and Sunday 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Week 2:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Responsibilities
  • Advocate of Empathy: responsible for creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
  • Generous Gift Giver: be present, share talents, and be reliable.
  • Create an inclusive and positive environment by investing with your whole heart in your work, team members, and community.
  • Engaged Egghead: be curious, ask questions, and embrace learning.
  • Proactive: assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Qualifications
  • Age 18 or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • English reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Positive, energetic attitude; love residents.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Physically active – standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall assistance.
  • Clean criminal background check.
