As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care, oversee clinical operations, support interdisciplinary care planning, and help ensure the highest standards of resident health and safety.## The Opportunity

** Full-Time## Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies
* Perform assessments and monitor resident conditions, identifying and responding to changes in health status
* Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately
* Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs in the delivery of resident care
* Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care plan meetings
* Ensure compliance with infection control standards, state and federal regulations, and facility policies
* Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and care needs## Qualifications
* Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred
* Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
