Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Director of Nursing‑Ambulatory Surgery Center will provide operational, clinical, and strategic oversight for perioperative and ambulatory surgery services while partnering closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals. The role includes responsibility for staffing, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, budget management, employee engagement, patient experience initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

• Oversee operations within a premier Spine Care Unit and Center for Spine Care that serves patients through a comprehensive continuum of specialty services.
• Provide operational, clinical, and strategic oversight for perioperative and ambulatory surgery services.
• Partner closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Support staffing, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, budget management, employee engagement, patient experience initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
