Aspire Senior Living New Florence, a premier resident-focused care provider, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! As a Registered Nurse (RN) with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments
- Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans
- Provide support and guidance to residents and families
- Document care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Valid and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Prior experience in a long‑term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
