** Full Time, PM and NOC Shifts## Join Our Dedicated Care Team St. Francis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care, promoting resident well-being, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of healthcare services.## Responsibilities
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate care
* Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing personnel
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
* Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and respect
* Respond effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs## Qualifications
* Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
* Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care preferred## Benefits
