The House Supervisor requires a Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing with the State of Missouri Nursing Board. The ideal candidate has experience in various clinical areas within a hospital system and is willing to make high-level decisions. This individual manages the building, staff, and patient services during overnight and weekend shifts in the absence of department heads. Responsibilities include filling in when census increases unexpectedly until on-call staff arrive, covering clinical staff to ensure meal breaks, and communicating with managers or administration to notify of events or request support.
