8-hour shift offered. Management position, Monday-Friday with on-call required.
Must be LPN or RN with LTC / MDS experience.
Starting Rate: RN - $35-$40 hr; LPN - $28-$33 hr.

- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and resident assessment skills
- Good communication, organizational, and computer skills
