Schedule: Part-time | 3 days per week | Weekdays only | No weekends, holidays, or call

Frontenac Surgery and Spine Care Center is offering an opportunity for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our outpatient surgery team. This part-time position provides a flexible 3 day-per-week schedule and is ideal for nurses looking to step away from the demands of inpatient care and embrace a calmer, more focused surgical setting.

Frontenac Surgery and Spine Care Center is an accredited, state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility recognized by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. We operate three fully equipped ORs and a dedicated treatment room, serving patients with a strong commitment to quality and service. Our center focuses on Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, GYN, General, and Spine.

• Provide safe and efficient nursing care during surgical procedures
• Assist with patient preparation and positioning
• Coordinate the surgical team and maintain sterile technique
• Deliver excellent patient-centered care in a high-functioning team environment

• Current unrestricted RN license and graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of circulating OR experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• A professional, dependable team player committed to patient care excellence
• Ideal candidate will be able to circulate and scrub

• Enjoy a manageable pace in a well-organized outpatient setting
• Work alongside experienced, dedicated surgical staff
• Contribute to a positive and efficient patient experience
• Maintain clinical skills without the burnout of hospital shifts
