Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform skilled nursing services under the supervision of a staff RN daily
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by state regulations
  • Assist the physician and/or staff RN in performing specialized procedures as needed
  • Assist the patient with daily activities and encourage appropriate self‑care daily
  • Report to the patient’s physician and other appropriate personnel regarding pertinent changes in the patient’s condition as needed
  • Perform complex wound care if in‑service is documented for a specific procedure daily or as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
  • Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hospice experience
Pay and Benefits

The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.95 to $35.85 per hour based on full‑time employment. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
