We are looking for experienced RN/LPN's to join our team.

• Ensure that your staff are following care plans. Chart on all residents under your care.
• Responsible for the nursing care of all residents assigned to you during your shift.
• Supervision of the nursing staff assigned to your zone/hall including CNA, NA's and CMT's.
• Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe. Note and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Current and valid Missouri RN or LPN license is REQUIRED.

Thorough knowledge of Missouri State Regulations for Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living Facilities.

Assisted Living or Long Term Care/SNF experience is REQUIRED.

Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia is a PLUS.

Self-starter and able to work independently.

Experience in staff member relations including training and staff development.

Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, residents family members and staff team.
