Position Summary – Professional Nursing Care- Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/Designee, continuously responsible for the professional nursing care of all residents in the division during tour of duty.
- Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff for compliance with state regulations and residents’ rights.
- Under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse or Supervisory Nurse, continuously responsible for accurately dispensing prescription drugs and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Assist charge nurse and nursing assistant in care of residents.
- Under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, continuously responsible for providing general non‑professional services and routine nursing care for residents.
- Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and/or Assistant Director of Nursing, continuously responsible for the professional nursing care of all residents during tour of duty.
- Direct, supervise, evaluate nursing staff for compliance with state regulations and residents’ rights.
